Résumé:

Michael Chapman était autrefois une star de la télévision pour enfants. Mais quand il a grandi, il n'a pas pu trouver de travail. Alors lui et son frère Ed créent leur propre agence artistique spécialisée dans les numéros d'acteur. Ils n'arrivent pas à trouver la prochaine grande affaire et doivent traiter avec une autre agence qui ne craint pas la corruption pour faire signer les enfants à eux. Un jour, Michael rencontre une fille nommée Angie et elle est un vrai cracheur de feu. Michael pense qu'elle pourrait être ce qu'ils recherchent. Le problème, c’est qu’elle a un gros jeton sur son épaule.
